Kickballers and EWB-Indianapolis Supporters,

 

Thank you to all of the participants and volunteers that helped make this year's EWB Kickball Tournament a success! On August 5th, EWB-Indianapolis hosted 13 teams at Midwest Sports Complex in the 9th Annual Kickball Tournament. Together, we raised over $7000 to help fund our water distribution project in Comuna Guagaje!

• JQOL providing much-needed volunteers who were so key in making this tournament run smoothly!

 

A portion of the funds raised in this tournament were used this October as members from EWB Indianapolis and EWB Trine University traveled to Comuna Guangaje, Ecuador.  On this trip, the team monitored the spring boxes installed in March of 2020 and identified additional needs of the community for Trine University students to address. With the completion of this trip, EWB Indianapolis will be partnering with another community in need.
